The National Center for Sustainable Energy (NCSE) is involved in the following aspects:
Implements the provisions of Government Decision no. 1051 of 08.11.2018, which establishes the qualification and registration rules for RES installers.
Identifies and defines the categories of renewable systems for which installers can obtain qualification. These categories include biomass boilers, photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, shallow geothermal systems, and heat pumps.
Evaluates the documents submitted by the applicant, such as the declaration of own responsibility, the agreement on the processing of personal data, copies of study and certification documents, etc., to verify compliance with requirements and eligibility for qualification.
The Certification Commission within NCSE examines the documents and verifies compliance with professional and training requirements. The applicant can be certified and registered in the Electronic Register of RES Installers after a favorable evaluation.
NCSE ensures compliance with professional standards and training for RES installers in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
